I was taught the importance of being fiscally responsible and having a strong work ethic at a very young age. Being one of eleven children, I learned the art of compromise and to never shy away from challenges. I was raised to believe in the love of God; to know there is a purpose and plan for me being here, and to be thankful for the opportunities and blessed life that I have.
I was the first in my family to earn a college degree, paying for it myself and with the benefits provided by a good employer. Working hard throughout my career, I advanced from an entry-level position to becoming my employer's first-ever female Vice President and General Manager. I was responsible for a $6.5 million budget and more than 30 employees.
I am an energetic, outgoing, thoughtful individual who enjoys solving problems and advocating for others. I have many years of management and accounting experience that has prepared me well to represent you. I will serve the Hillsborough, Windsor, Antrim, and Bennington communities with the mission to represent all my constituents by listening to your concerns and ideas and taking them with me to Concord.
I live in Hillsborough with my husband of 33 years. I enjoy spending time playing cribbage, hiking, biking, kayaking, ATVing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and many other adventures.
